A link arrives by text. The AI interviewer adapts to her answers, in Spanish, at 9pm after her kids are asleep. The transcript and score land on her record.
Her application status moves through the pipeline — each change dated, attributed, and annotated. She's assigned a care tier and a cohort.
Attendance is two taps. The workshop slides are attached to the class; she finds them later without emailing anyone.
