Why this notebook exists

We're building case management software during the strangest, fastest-moving period in the history of software — and we're going to write down what actually happens. Not "10 ways AI transforms case management." Instead: the Tuesday we replaced a three-hour summary-writing task with a generation pipeline and a fallback, what broke, and what the case managers said when they read the first drafts.
